We’re fast approaching what we dub the Super Bowl of Broncos – Bronco Driver Super Celebration East at Townsend Tennessee. The show is taking place April 20th – 23rd. Here’s what you can expect and things you need to know from James Duff Inc.

Can I pick my order up at Super Celebration East?

The short answer is no. At local events, we ask our customers to take the short drive to our facility in Knoxville. We could literally fill a 53′ semi-truck trailer with all the parts customers order while in town at the Bronco Super Celebration. Instead of hauling all that product to the show grounds, it is best for customers to come to our facility. This also allows our team at the event to focus on showing you all the latest and greatest products we just came out with and spending time talking with you about your Bronco. We recommend placing your order on dufftuff.com as soon as possible. During checkout, you’ll be presented the option for “Pick up at Duff’s during SCE“. This will place your order in a queue with the other will-call orders. Our sales staff will reach out to you if there are any items that are out of stock, and arrange for a time to pick them up. Since we’ll have limited staff at headquarters, we want to have your order packed and ready to go ahead of time. Our will call hours are 10am-4pm M-F during the week of the show.

Note: Will-call orders are charged TN sales tax of 9.25% All will-call orders need to be placed through dufftuff.com by April 8th to help ensure availability. If some or all of your order isn’t available by SCE a sales member will reach out and go over your options for shipping along with an eta.

If you have a large order and you do not think you’ll have time to pick it up at James Duff, we offer very competitive shipping rates via FedEx freight or ground.

What are the hours that you will be at the show?

If you’d like to see our products up close and personal and chat with our Sales team about selecting the best parts for your Bronco, our sales staff’s availability will be posted soon. At the show, you’ll be able to book an appointment with Bryan, Chace, or Jarrod if you’d like for them to meet up with you to check out your Bronco in person. We know that it’s sometimes difficult to explain tech issues or choose parts over the phone. This is a great opportunity to have them look it over with you in person. When booking your appt, keep in mind the salesman might be 5-15 minutes late for the appointment due to wrapping up with another customer. Thank you for your patience.

How is the inventory situation post pandemic?

We still continue to see longer lead times, supply chain issues and shortages on vendor-supplied parts. Despite ramping up our stock levels, the demand for the Bronco platform and our High-Quality parts is rising faster than we can predict or stay ahead of. We have seen some lead times improve. Most lift systems and exhausts are currently on a 2-4 week lead time, a year ago it was over 8 weeks. This means as we approach the show and a suspension system, fabricated bumper or exhaust is something on your list, we recommend ordering it as soon as possible. Our MS2020 shock line popularity has exploded since they have been debut. Some shock lengths are out of stock until July, however, you can order the system, and have the shocks shipped later so you can continue your upgrades on your Bronco. There is a shortage of stainless tubing that we use to build our exhaust systems and long tube headers which is creating limited availability on those systems through July. Our office staff is closely monitoring shortages and can give you the most current information upon request.
