The Heavy Duty Lower Coil Spring Retainers are engineered specifically for ’78-’96 Ford Broncos and Full Width Dana 44 solid axle conversions. Their innovative one-piece design replaces original equipment (OE) parts, ensuring superior strength and functionality. Notable benefits include reliable coil retention that prevents disengagement at full flex, a flat design that eradicates coil bowing, and compatibility with our axle wedges for improved conversion performance.

Constructed with heavy-duty stitch welding and precision laser cutting, these retainers promote effective drainage and come with a durable zinc plating to enhance rust resistance. The offset design of the passenger-side retainer allows for complete coil engagement, complete with clear markings on the retainer plate for straightforward installation. These retainers are also compatible with several Solid Axle Swap systems using Full Width Dana 44 and can accommodate various radius arm configurations including T-Rex stock length, extended arms, and OEM options. When paired with our solid axle swap components, they also support installation with Dana 60 front axles, making them a versatile solution for your suspension needs.
