How do I begin a return or exchange?
Submit the Returns & Exchanges Form on our website. If approved, you will receive an RGA number and return instructions. Submission does not guarantee approval.
What information is required on the return form?
You will need to provide your name, address, email, phone number, vehicle information, purchase date, order number, and details of the issue including part name and description.
What return or exchange reasons can I select?
Return, Exchange, Changed Mind, Ordered Wrong Item, Incorrect Application, Exchange Parts Only, or Company Error.
What additional conditions can I select?
Sales error, website error, missing parts, damaged package, warranty replacement, defective item, shipping damage, or lost package.
What refund options are available?
Refund to your original payment method or account credit. Choosing account credit may waive processing fees.
Do I need to upload photos or videos?
Yes. Photo documentation is required for all returns, warranty claims, and shipping damage cases to ensure timely processing.
How long do I have to request a return?
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Requests outside this period will not be approved.
Are installed parts eligible for return?
No. Installed or used parts are not eligible for return unless covered under warranty.
What does the warranty cover?
Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship only. It does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or external factors.
