Here you will need to choose whether you already have headers or need to add them. This system is only compatible with Duffy's/Drake short tube headers. It will not work with stock manifolds or long tube headers. If you are wanting to install long tube headers please see exhaust #3141
Add Headers

If you do not have headers you will need to purchase Shorty Headers to install this system. They are engineered to make strong power and torque throughout the RPM range with smooth mandrel-bent 1-1/2" primaries and 2.5" collectors. Manufactured with heavy-duty features like extra-thick 3/8" laser-cut flanges to guard against warping and heavy-wall 16 gauge tubing for maximum durability.

This contains the before muffler pipes and hardware. These are required and you will choose your mufflers and tail pipes in the next steps.

Magnaflow Stainless Steel: MagnaFlow performance mufflers are designed to provide your Bronco with more power and a nice, resonant mellow deep sound. These mufflers feature a large-diameter, perforated stainless steel core with a straight-through design—for unrestricted flow and sound control. All contact points are lap-jointed and welded to avoid distortion or cracking at the seams. Mufflers are constructed from 409 Stainless steel.

We separated the back pipes from the muffler into 2 sections also allowing for options on the exit angles and easy on & off removal for trail riding to avoid tearing them up. If you do smash one of the tailpipes on the trail you can purchase new replacements.

Requires welding to securely mount the tip to the tailpipe of the exhaust.

Unlike standard exhaust gasket material, these remflex gaskets are 100% flexible graphite. Remflex crushes 50% allowing them to fill gaps up to 1/16″. This allows the gaskets to conform to warped flanges, giving them better sealing without deteriorating or cracking under excessive heat and pressure.
