The Adapter ZF 5 Speed to T-Pattern Dana 20 is expertly engineered to enhance the capabilities of your classic Bronco. This adapter, measuring 1.40 inches in length, is constructed from premium 356 T-6 heat treated aluminum alloy, ensuring durability and reduced weight.

This comprehensive adapter kit includes:

Designed specifically for the 1966-77 Bronco Dana 20 transfer case, this assembly functions optimally with the “T” style shifter. Note that transfer cases equipped with a “J” style linkage will necessitate modifications to maintain compatibility. The Dana 20 transfer case is a robust, cast iron, gear-driven unit featuring a low range of 2.46:1 and a front output shaft positioned on the driver’s side.

This adapter is tailored for use with Ford ZF 5 speed manual transmissions, specifically the ZF S542 and S547 models. Recognizable by its distinctive diamond-shaped casting ribs and small 4-bolt top cover, the S542 was found in Ford trucks from 1987-1994, while the S547 has been in production from 1995 onward.
