From '66 to '77.5 Ford equipped the Early Bronco with a Banjo Style 9" Rear Axle. Halfway through the production of the 1977's Ford changed to a centurion 9" axle for the last 6 months of production of the Early Bronco. It's important that you use the photos below to confirm which axle you have installed and will be using with this system as the truss for the dual sport 4 link is built for each of these types of axles. We have found that customers have had the centurion axle swapped in, even in early-year model Broncos.

Note: If your Bronco has an aftermarket or a full-width axle that has been cut down/modified this system will not work for your application and you will need to reach out to us so that we can quote a system for your application.

Please understand that if you have late '77 Bronco centurion housing that these truss' are built to order.

You will need to select the proper knuckle mounting hardware for the steering linkage that comes with this system. If you are not sure which one you need or not sure if your Bronco's knuckles are stock or have been modified then you will need to verify that before choosing.

If you are looking for the strongest or off-road options for your setup then you will want to choose the 3/4" bolt or the F150/GM 1-ton mounting kit options. Both of these options may require drilling/reaming and we provide those tools as an add-on once you make your selection.

Want to fine-tune the rear height of your Bronco during or after installing one of our 4 Link Systems? These lift blocks will help dial in the height. They are installed between the lower coil retainer and the pad on the 4-link truss. This will allow you to adjust the height after installing a hardtop, bumper, or other accessories as you change from season to season.

Choose the 1.5" option to allow you to mix and match between 1/2", 1", and 1.5". This is the most versatile option you can choose because it comes with two - 1/2" lift blocks and two - 1" lift blocks to mix and match in 3 different ways. Correct hardware is supplied for all 3 options.

We suggest purchasing a new drill bit to install your 3/4" hardware same high-quality bit we use in our machine shop.
