Where is my tracking number? Has my order shipped?
Tracking numbers are emailed once your order ships. You can also check your order status in your account. Some items, including lift kits and multi-box shipments, may take additional time to ship.

Do you offer coupon codes?
We do not use coupon codes. Any available promotions will be shown on product pages or automatically applied at checkout.

Do you ship to Canada?
Yes. Select “Shipping Quote” at checkout and our team will provide the most economical shipping option. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Do you ship internationally outside the USA & Canada?
We do not ship directly outside the United States or Canada. Customers may use a freight forwarding service if needed.

Where can I find product installation instructions?

Do you offer a physical catalog?
No. All product information, guides, and resources are available online.

What paint matches Duff Blue or Midnight Black?
Duff Blue: Rustoleum Painter's Touch – Deep Gloss Blue
Midnight Black: Metallic gunmetal. We recommend testing before application.

Do you offer bare steel parts?
No. All parts are powder-coated or painted to prevent corrosion. Bare parts may be special-ordered in bulk quantities.
