We are working on improving our manufacturing processes and production workflows in addition to adding staff to continue to supply the best Bronco parts in the business. Due to the high volume of calls, we are receiving, if you are looking to purchase parts and need additional help it’s best to use the contact form on our website to schedule a call with our sales staff to complete that order, processing these orders can take 3-5 business days currently. If you already know what you need we suggest that you purchase it using DuffTuff.com as these orders are usually processed the next business day and if they are in stock will ship the following day.
If you placed an order at DuffTuff.com and it’s not in stock please keep an eye on your email from our sales team as they will provide an estimated shipping date once the order is processed. On some of our popular lift systems or other products, this could be 4-8 weeks.
Please keep in mind Tracking Numbers are only provided once the order is shipped. If the order has not shipped it’s likely that there currently is not a tracking number available. DuffTuff.com is now tied into our shipping software so when the tracking number is available you can track it from your account page.
