To install this system you will need to select one of the mounting hardware solutions offered below.
•564x - 3/4" Bolts and Delrin Spacers. This kit allows you to mount the steering TRO, or tie-rod over the knuckle. Requires drilling of the knuckles. To accomplish this you will need to select the 3/4" knuckle hardware kit. We offer an optional drill bit that is the correct size as an accessory to this system in the options presented later on in the process.
• 5647 Tapered Heim Studs - These allow you to mount the system TRU, or tie-rod under the knuckle using GM or 1-TON knuckles.
• 5648 Tie Rod Under Tapered Heim Studs - These allow you to mount the system TRU, or tie-rod under the knuckle using factory early Bronco knuckles.
• 5660 TRO/TRU Hardware For Early Bronco Knuckles - This kit allows you to mount the tie rod in either orientation without drilling the knuckles.
• 5661 TRO/TRU Hardware For F-150/GM 1-TON Knuckles - This kit allows you to mount the tie rod in either orientation without drilling the knuckles.
• 5649 Tie Rod Over Tapered Heim Studs - These allow you to mount the system TRO, or tie-rod over the knuckle using GM or 1-TON knuckles.
