Choose Engine
1 Choose Engine
Start configuring your Monster Hydroboost Braking System here:
We are proud to be the first to offer you a "No Mod" Hydroboost system. This means you can install your Hydroboost unit without having to modify the firewall. No other place offers this!
The engine you have will dictate which version of hydroboost system is compatible with your Bronco.
Larger engine footprints such as the 351w, 4.6/Coyote are only compatible with the "Mod" hydroboost. Mod hydroboost systems will require enlarging the hole in the firewall that the brake pedal rod passes through.

This will present you with the correct system in later options. It's important to choose the right caliper so that you are provided with the right master cylinder & caliper option.
Note: The Front T-bird calipers are only compatible with rear drums or explorer rear disc for our premium hydroboost. If you are installing t-bird front calipers and a gm style rear caliper you can only use our classic hydroboost system.

3 Choose Rear Brake Setup
Choose between rear drums, explorer rear disc brakes, or GM style rear disc conversion.
Note: This system does not include any rear brake parts. This step is just to insure that you are provided with the right master cylinder.

4 Choose your Hydroboost System
We offer two different styles of Hydroboost which gives you the option to mount a classic or modern master cylinder to it.
Classic: This system uses a classic cast aluminum (RUST FREE) master cylinder and uses a standard frame-mounted proportioning valve. With an optional stainless steel fascia plate we offer to use it as a template to cut your firewall and hide any imperfections that may be behind your power brake booster after you remove it.
Premium: This system includes the compact bullet-style Wilwood master cylinder combined with their adjustable proportioning valve. It also includes the stainless steel fascia plate we offer to use as a template to cut your firewall and hide any imperfections that may be behind your power brake booster after you remove it.
We also offer the "mod" or "no mod" system depending on your application. The mod will require enlarging the hole in the firewall that the brake pedal rod passes through to complete the installation. The no mod system if available for your application will bolt in without modification to the firewall.
Front Disc Conversion

Looking for the best and most reliable stopping power for your Early Bronco? Are you tired of unreliable front drum brakes or just fed up with GM and aftermarket Disc brakes? If so, then this disc brake kit is the perfect fit for you!
We developed this kit for 1971-'75 Broncos and F-150s with ball joint Dana 44 front axles originally equipped with drum brakes.
THIS WILL NOT FIT DANA 30 KING-PIN EQUIPPED AXLES. If you have a Dana 30 check out our budget disc brake system. Not sure if you have a Dana 30 or a dana 44 under your Bronco? Check out this reference pic.
This is the only kit on the market where you can walk into most auto parts stores and ask for replacement parts for a 1977 Ford Bronco! Say goodbye to your inferior drum brakes and the frustration of trying to source the mixed mash of parts that other conversion kits come standard with.
Fascia Plate

Have you ever removed the power brake booster bracket from the firewall of an Early Bronco? Has it stopped you in your tracks with a project wondering, what are you going to do to hide all this ugliness that just exposed itself!?
We understand too well how that feels and looks so we created this fascia plate to cover that eyesore and dress up the firewall it also works as a template for modifying the firewall for those of you that choose the "MOD" system.
