Thank you for supporting James Duff Inc. A small family business since 1967.
Currently, several factors have resulted in production and shipping delays. James Duff Inc has experienced dramatic growth over the past few months as well and the demand for our parts has exceeded our projections. Our inventory has been depleted because of this growth.
Our vendors are also dealing with very similar circumstances, and are also working hard to get supplies to us as they become available. We are working to rebuild our inventory as quickly as possible by actively working with our vendors that supply our materials and perform the services we are unable to complete in-house.
James Duff Inc and our vendors are doing all we can to protect our employees and their families during this difficult time. Addressing these factors takes time, and we can expect delays to continue over the coming weeks. What we are sure of is that we will get your order to you.
