The C Cap shock mount kit works great for all years of Broncos and pre-80’s 4×4 F-150’s that require a shock-mounted in front of the coil spring like the ’78-’79 Big Broncos. These mounts can be welded directly to your existing cast steel c caps or to the brand new ones we offer here.

These are welded to the center “rib” on the c-cap for a single shear mount. Includes one pair for 2 caps.

These mounts were designed to allow for additional clearance when installing your heim steer on top of the knuckle also known as Tie Rod Over (TRO).
